you can go for data operator job in government if you can do computer work and have skills. you can get the information of vacancies through newspaper and website.

As you are physical handicap you can have special reservation as few seats are reserved for your kind of candidate in government sector.After doing graduation in computer science you can be software developer,software developer,database manager,etc.GOOD LUCK!
