21-30 years(relaxation available as per category) of age & Any degree from the recognized university are the qualification for the SI of Police in AP. Other requirements are minimum height 5'6'' and normal and expanding chest is 32&34.

I am providing you the eligibility criteria in brief for applying for Sub Inspector post in Andhra Pradesh Police:
1. Age criteria: minimum should be not less than 21 years and maximum should not more than 25 years. For the reserved group candidates there will be relaxation in upper age limit as per government rules.
2. Educational criteria: you should have a degree of bachelor in any subject from the college or university which ia recognized by central/state government.
3. Physical standard:
i. Height:that should not be less than 167.6 cms.
