Am i eligible for admission in government polytechnic for diploma after 10th pass with 65% and ITI in government for two years?

My qualification is 10th pass with 65% & ITI in govt. college for two years & i M getting 75% marks now i want to apply for deploma in machanical engineering for second year. Now can u please tell me, i m applicable to take an admission in government polytecnic coll.?

To Take admission in government polytechnic college, a joint entrance examination conduct by the board of technical education, Lucknow has to pass with good marks.
If you want to take admission in government college then you have to crack the said examination. This Examination is organised by the Board of Technical Education (BTE) Lucknow and any other Government Organisation in other state. When you crack this entrance examination then you can get seat in govt college.

Without writing entrance examination, can't get seat in government college even you secure 65% marks or above in your 10th class.
