    Applying for government jobs with an age of 29 years old and passed 12th in CBSE board in the year 2000 and currently doing B.A in English from Madras University?

    Hi,
    My sister has completed her 12th in CBSE with Commerce stream in the year 2000 , due to some personal reasons(I'd like to leave the details just to that much) she could not continue her studies. She is currently doing her B.A in English from the Madras university, She wanted to apply for a Central/State Government job with her 12th qualification. I wanted to help her and find out if there are any such examinations that she can write to apply for a Indian Government job.

    With 12th qualification She can apply for the jobs like clerks, Jr. assistants, Stenographers ...etc

    1.State Bank of India

    Posts : Clerical cadre
    Pay scale : 7200-19300/-

    Qualification : Intermediate or 10+2 from any recognized board or university

    Age limit : 18-28 years
    Age relaxation :For OBC 3 years, For SC/ST 5 years, For PH 10 years

    Last date for online registration : 26-03-2012
    Last date for fee payment : 31-03-2012
    Application fee : 350/- and for SC/ST 50/- only

    2.Group IV exam through APPSC

    There is job.If she is interested in bank job then tell her to apply in SBI for exam.Details related to exam are below:-


    Eligibility for SBI clerk:-

    1.A candidate must be 12th passed with at least 60%(55% in case of SC/ST/OBC) or graduate from recognized university
    2.age limit minimum 18 years & maximum 28 years
    3.Computer knowledge is important
    4.If not 12th passed then have completed diploma after 10th from a recognized by the State Board of technical Education of concerned State.
    5.Age relaxation SC/ST upb to 5 years & OBC up to 3 years.

    CLERICAL RECRUITMENT [ASSISTANTS AND STENOGRAPHERS] 2012

    Assistant – 8500 vacancies
    tenographer (English) – 900 vacancies
    Stenographer (Hindi) – 100 vacancies

    Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years to 28 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-12-2011. (Age relaxations would be extended as per Govt. rules).

    HOW TO APPLY?

    Earlier candidates used to pay the fees first then they apply.But for this year for SBI exam first you need to apply.Once you filled the details click on submit button.After clicking it take out the print & registration as well as password will appear in front of you.On that page below you will see PRINT CHALLAN.Click on that & will get challan in that your name,resgistration no,date bank name in which you want to pay fees will be given & many more.Take the print of challan.Pay the fees at any SBI branch.Then wait for 3 days then again you will have to reprint the application form after payment.In that application form your payment details will be given.

    i did not complete my 12th, i siopped studying and again after some years again i started studying b.com without 12th by writing an entrance exam,
    can i apply for any government job after completing my b.com, i am completing my b.com this year, and my age is 29
