    Hello dude!

I appreciate you attitude of preparing for a govt. Exam being in Tcs Software company.

For getting a good rank in Bank Exam you must have extra qualities that make you different from other candidates.

    * As you are doing job,try to make holidays for your preparation.

    * Concentrate on previous papers,so that you will have an idea on the type of questions asked in the exam.

    * For General knowledge bits, refer daily newspapers and watch t.v channels.

    * Try to solve more questions.

    * Manage your time properly, because you need to solve more questions in less time.

Follow the above steps and surely you will make it.

HOPE THE INFORMATION HELPED YOU AND ALL THE BEST

Look my friend, as you are a employee of one of the best private sector in india , so i think you don't have to think about GD because you have already crossed that barrier while getting the job in TCS. Now, let me come to your another problem regarding G.K & Current Affairs. For conventional G. K i will suggesst you a name of a book which will help you a lot to crack bank & any other exams . It is 'CHRONICLE YEAR BOOK' / 'LUCENT G.K'.
And for current affairs you may follow daily newspaper like 'THE HINDU', 'TIMES OF INDIA'. & monthly magazine like 'protiyogita darpan' ; BSC(Banking Service Chronicle). But to me >>"Mahendra's Master's in Current Affairs"(monthly magazine) is the best for banking exams because it is specialized for banking exams.
