you can go through following books:
For Mechanical Engineering:
1. objective question bank in Mechanical Engineering (with explanatory answers) By AROMA PUBLISHING HOUSE......... The book contains Real Questions from PSU's. Selected question from examinations like GATE/IES/CIVIL SERVICES are also included in the book. Unnecessary repetition of questions are avoided and most of the answers are explained. Suggestion: Once go through it.
2. Review Manual for Mechanical engineering: Aroma publishing house
3. Mechanical Engineering: R. K. Jain (Khanna PUblishers); The book is bulky but it is good for practice.
4. objective mechanical engineering for PSU's: Made Easy. This book is also good for practice purposes but if u don't have Objective GATE Book or Objective Mechanical question bank for IES. Most of the questions are copied.
