    Hi friend,
If you compare the number of opportunities in private sector and public sector for CS engineers, then obviously private sector is the biggest
    recruiter of CS engineering graduates.

But if you have got job in PSU sector with your knowledge and hard work then career growth in terms of salary is very good but growth
in terms of knowledge is very rare.Your life gets settled very early and there are lots of facilities like medical facilities or staff quarters in
PSU companies which are provided either free or at the cheapest rate. All these facilities along with consistent growth in salary with
a settled life is the plus point of jobs in govt companies.

The negative point is that number of job vacancies for CS is very less in govt sector and you wont be able to enhance your knowledge and skills.
If you are a dynamic person and eager to learn more then you should join private sector IT companies like Infosys, Accenture, TCS, Cognizant.

If you are performing very well then your salary will increase at very good pace and after 2-3 years, you can also change the company and during
this switch people get atleast 30-40% more salary as compared to previous companies. If you get the chance to work in the client office at Onsite
then salary is increased a lot. And number of job vacancies are very high for CS engineering graduates.

Hope this information will help you in making the decision.

    Hello

Every job either in government or private is good for you.To get a job in government sectors you have to write competitive exams and the no.of posts are less compared with private organisations.
And In government sectors the posts are reserved for some candidates of low category.Whereas in private there is no such possibility. You can be selected based on your knowledge in subject and purely on your skills.
since you are B.e students you will have more options in MNC's.good luck.
