That is not possible.
The age limitation of the NDA exam is 16.5-19 years during the starting date of the batch you applied for.
The age of the candidates should be calculated according to the date when the batch will start.
It almost takes 1 year to complete the entire selection procedure to complete and by then you will be of 20 years old thus not eligible to apply.
There is no age relaxation for the SC/ST/OBC candidates.
It will be better if you complete your graduation degree and apply for the CDS exam.

The exam for National Defense Academy is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.The notification for the posts is already released by Upsc.The eligibility details of the exam is mentioned below:
- You must be a citizen of India.
- Applicant's date of birth should fall between 02 July 1995 and 01 January 1998.
- If you are applying for the Army wing,then you must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream.
- For Air Force and Navy the candidates must have Mathematics and Physics subjects in 10+2 examination.
These are the complete details of National Defense Academy.
- Candidates who are in second year of 10+2 pattern are also eligible to apply for NDA.
Coming to the exam pattern,there will be a written test followed by Intelligence and Personality test.There are two papers in the written test.They are:
* Paper 1 consists of Mathematics for 300 marks.
* Paper 2 consists of General Ability test for 600 marks.
The General ability test consists of two sections.They are:

It is not possible for you to give the NDA entrance exam. You doesnot satisfy eligiblity criteria. You are older than 19 years at the time of commencement of the exam.

You will be 19 in May 2014 itself whereas the NDA I exam is conducted somewhere around April.When the exam is conducted in April,the final joining will be around December around till then you will already be 6-7 months over 19.
Enroll for graduation without wasting time and try for defence sector from final year of graduation through CDS, AFCAT etc or else if you delay your age will again be problem after Graduation also.

Requirement for the CDS Exam_There are of three types of services provide..
1.Indian Military Academy
2.Indian Navy
3.Air Force
Required Education_ The required qualification for the Military is degree from recognized university..
Indian Navy_ There are graduate with Physics and math specialization..
Air force_ The degree and +2 level board with physics and Maths..
Age Required -The age is required between 19 to 25 years..

The age limit for NDA is 16.5 years to 19 years.
At the time of commencement of the course,not at the time of applying.
The fact is that NDA have three stage selection process and as it is required that you must apply 1 year before the time of commencement of course.
One must apply between 15.5 years to 18 years.
As your age is 19 years,you can not apply for NDA.
