    hello friend,

Yes, you can apply for the Bank specialist officer job post through the IBPS entrance exam in which 19 banks participated...

    Bank job post eligibility:

    1. you should be passed the academic year with atleast 60% marks.
    2. should be passed the BCA/ MCA with atleast 55% marks from any recognized university.
    3. age must be below the 32 years.
    4. Indian citizen.

    selection process:
    1. written test
    2. Interview
    3. GD

    written test syllabus:
    English
    Aptitude
    Technical questions
    Reasoning
    General knowledge etc

so you can apply after the 1 year blockage in between the study..

    thank you!

    Hello Dear .....
yes you can get a job. Because many companies are not considering backlog.
you have 63% in BCA & 83% in MCA that is too good for you.you can easily apply to Bank's job and even apply for the MNC's too.
IBPS : after completing your MCA you can apply for the post of bank PO and clerk & Officer.

    Hi Guest,

With backlogs you are not eligible for any kind of jobs in India.

I suggest you to clear it as soon as possible.

You can go for the written exam with backlog but after selecting for the interview if you are got to know that you have backlog then you are not given an opportunity for the job.

The percentage and the academic qualifications of you are weighted high during the interview.

So I suggest you to pass the exam and then apply for any kind of job.

    Thank you,

    All the best.

Re: Can i get a government job in banking sector as it officer with 1 year backlog?

    Hello dude!

Sorry friend,no sector will offer you job opportunity if you have backlogs in education, even though you write the written test and get qualified but in the interview process surely you will be identified and you will be ignored. As you have backlog in BCA,try to complete that if not then apply for the job after the completion of MCA.

As you have completed graduation, you are eligible for both the Clerk and Probitionary officer posts. The details are mentioned below:

The Eligibility details of the P.O posts are as follows:
    • Candidates must have completed graduation from any recognized university.
    • Minimum 21 years of age.
    • The maximum age allowed is 30 years.
    • Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories.
    • 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
    • 3 years for OBC candidates.
    • 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

The above mentioned are the eligibility details of the P.O Exam.

The Eligibility details of the CLERK exam is as follow:

    • Candidates must have completed 10th or 12th standard with atleast 55% of marks.
    • Minimum 18 years of age.
    • The maximum age allowed is 28 years.
    • Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories.
    • 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
    • 3 years for OBC candidates.
    • 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

The above mentioned are the details of the clerk exam.

IF WE COULDN'T DREAM OUR LIVES WOULDN'T MEAN ANYTHING ANYMORE.

HOPE THE INFORMATION HELPED YOU AND ALL THE BEST.
