If you are SC/ST/DA you are eligible for Government jobs upto 35 years.

for maximum govt sector have have criteria for age if you are belongs from general category then maximum age limit is 30 years.for obc candidate is 33 years and for sc/st candidate is 35 years.

No, sir you are not eligible at the age of 33 years to apply for government jobs but if you belong to the reserved category then there are chances for you.

THE AGE CRITERIA:

To apply for government jobs your age should be 21-30 years if you belong to general category.
For OBC it should be 33 years maximum.

Hi Nikhilesh, Well my friend i feel sorry to say this but if you take a look, most of Govt. services have a maximum age limit of 30 in case of general category students, but if you belong to SC/ST/OBC the you have an extra time of 5 years.

So if you belong to SC/ST/OBC cheer up, you are eligible.

And if you belong to General category, don't feel sad. There is always a ray of hope , for example - Territorial Army
Age limit-40 years
Educational qualification- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. And you must be "gainfully employed" which means you must have a source of income.

I think as a fresher from general catogery to governement feild you are not eligible for governement job,because for fresh recruitments government requires 24-32 age and if you are belong to SC/ST you some more time and chances to get government job.
if you are general candidate then You can try to work in private organisation for some years and then you will get some experience so in that way you may be eligible for some government posts.Since some government posts requires experience candidates in the relevent feild.so you can try ro get get experience in your feild.

Your query / doubt is OK, but you have not told if you are also eligible for any quota under reservation category.

If YES, then you can apply all the State Govt. Jobs since the eligibility is increased recently up to 42 Yrs for a general candidate
for some category of jobs and 39 Yrs for some category of posts and for reservation candidate, the age relaxation is 5 Yrs for SC/ST and
3 Yrs for OBC (Only for Creamy Layer Category Candidates).

If NO also, you are generally becoming eligible to apply for various Govt. Sector Jobs, provided you must possess suitable qualification/experience etc too.

as per my knowledge you are not eligible for the government examination but there are few branches in the government where no age limit like ISRO GATE etc you can try for this or if you are belonging from the other cast like obc/sc/st etc so there was age relaxatation for every job so you can check for those eligible criteria.....
