You should aim at higher studies rather than diploma courses.Although you will get job after doing diploma in Information Technology or Computer Engineering ,you will not be paid well.It is very tough to get job of 25000 after diploma courses. The salary package after diploma courses starts from 8000 and ranges till 27-28000.But one can get salary like 25000 only after many years of service and experience and promotion. It requires a lot of labour.Otherwise it is not possible. If there is recession, you can be chucked out from your job.

I would suggest you to go for higher studies-first 11th and 12th .Then you should do BTech in Computer Science or Information Technology. After Btech ,your job prospects will widen up.You will surely get 25000 as salary per month.Even if you do well in your Btech course and get job in good company, you can be paid much higher than 25k per month as starting salary. So,it is better to pursue higher studies.
