yes after 12 you can go for LDC or matric level test .You can check www.ssc.nic.in

You have to complete Graduation and u have to keep minimum 50% of marks and B. Ed is compulsory to have a chance to sit for the exam.

Minimum Eligibility criteria for SSC:
Educational Qualifications for SSC Combined Matric Level:Must have passed Matriculation or equivalent or higher examination as on 01.08.2011.
Age Limit for Combined Matric Level Examination
18-27 years as on 01.08.2011

Before filling up any application form of any examination, candidates should read the instructions given in the advertisement to avoid rejection of their application form. Since the data of all the candidates are entered and monitored in Computers, data once entered against a candidate, cannot be rectified or changed later on. Application Form can be typed/hand written but it should be same as published, signature should be put in all places wherever prescribed.

you are 12 class pass but you are not graduate at the time.

and SSC (Section Officer Commercial) exam educational Eligibility is, Must hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University with at least 50% marks.

so then you are applicable for this exam after graduate so complete your graduation and try it.

If you want to apply for ssc you should have 15 years old and you should qualify upto 9th class.It is very easy to apply for ssc exam.if you want to apply just go to the ssc recognised school ask them i want to appear for ssc exam.Them they will give application for that fill up that's all you will be received hall ticket for exam after one year.

you are not clear in your question.After completing ssc only every one goes for +2.you are saying you did +2 then how come you study ssc again.Don't you complete ssc before if so how did your +2 .I guess you did distant education better ask your question clearly.
