    Hai Friend,

Yes, you can write the bank exams after 12th standard.

But, you are eligible to write only the clerical exams and

Remember, you are not eligible for the PO exam and specialist officer exam conducted by the banks.

The minimum qualification for the PO exam and specialist officer exam is the degree.

So, try to complete your degree and then write the bank exams.

Otherwise, if you want to write now itself, then you will be only able to get clerical job.

Re: Can i write Bank exams after 12th?

Friend, IBPS is the abbreviation of Institute of Banking Personnel.

Candidate who is planning for banking examination must be familiar with IBPS. As IBPS is primarily meant for conducting Common Written Examination (CWE) for 19 public sector banks. Earlier all nationalised bank conducts own recruitment examination. In this way, aspirants have to apply differently for each and every bank for getting job. But now IBPS takes the responsiblity to conduct a single common examination for all these nationalised banks.

Only graduates are considered eligible for all IBPS Examination. Candidate with educational qualification of 10+2 cannot apply for IBPS Examination. But there is still a ray of hope, candidate with qualification of 10+2 can apply for clerical grade in State Bank of India (SBI). As the recruitment process of SBI does not comes under IBPS. State Bank of India conducts recruitment examination itself without any assistance of IBPS. Candidate is required 60% marks from General category and 55% marks from reserved category for the clerical cadre grade.
