    Re: Cut off marks in SSC CGL

    Hello,

    SSC-Combined Graduate Level exam for tier 1
    ------------>

    After clearing tier-1 ,you have to give exam on tier-2.and then tier 3.

    SECTION COVERED (MARKS)

    General Awareness 50
    Reasoning 50
    Maths 50
    English 50
    Total 200

    Time-2 hours=> Means you’ve to solve 200 Qs in just 120 minutes.

    That leave less than 2 minutes for each question plus certain question on comprehension, reasoning (sitting-arrangement, coding-decoding etc.) may eat up more than 2 minutes per question.

    Negative marking: 0.25 marks

    Generally cutoff marks is considered around 23 marks in from each section.
    But it may vary after the exam is over.

    I mean based on the individual section hardness ,the cutt off marks will
    be decided.

    So,
    Cutoff of SSC exam will be evaluated on many factors some of factors are mentioned below-->

    Number of Candidate appeared for the SSC exam

    No of candidates passed the exam

    Difficulty level of question paper

    No. Of vacancy for this exam

    Cutoff may also be sectional wise

    Hence assume a cutoff marks of 23 and prepare from now onwards..!

    dear friend...,
    the ssc_cgl 2013 exam will be held on 14th April 2013(1st tier) and 21st April 2013 (2nd tier).
    the staff selection commission decided various suitable posts for candidates. as the board declared that all the students are looking for the cut off marks, the candidates are requested to enter their expected marks off ssc cgl examinations and then discuss each other that you will call for ssc cgl interview or not. so you please mention your expected marks so that we can judge the cutoff marks for ssc cgl tier & tire 2.
    thank you and all the best..
