A post is having same salary whatever be the entry scheme, extra depends on the work.

A post graduate degree will help in growth in the same line.

Same facilities are being provided to both persons.

    my dear friend
m.b.a persons have so much knowledge on management skills above the normal p.o's person because mba persons have good management skills but normal po's person just write the po exam mba student studied management skills. he will have so much skills on management skills.

    Hi!

There is a lot of difference between those two. An MBA will have a lot of scope for development when compared to the regular PO. The regular PO is a graduate whereas MBA is PG. So, naturally PG will have more benifits. But, on a long run, both may have equal ranks based on their performance and skills.

If you have asked whether to pursue MBA or not, my suggestion is to join as a regular PO than doing MBA.

    Regards!

Hi, ill be entering my final year now. Will graduate in April 2014. I'm preparing for MBA as well as Bank PO entrance exams. I wanted to know if I can appear for the SBI Bank PO entrance exam while I'm in my final year? Just like I can attempt CAT while being in the final year?
