Does SMU recognized by AICTE? Does its degree valid in government sector?

i m doing my MCA in 4th sem from SMU de-edu. so i want to know this univercity is recognised by AICTE or not. and its degree is valid in govt job and can i apply any govt job like as..Computer Teacher in High School based on MCA degree. A frnd told me ur univercity degree is not valid for govt job so i m confused what to do plz suggest me
