In those days, eligibility criteria is intermediate percentage should be 95% and must qualify in written examination followed by interview.

But now a days, eligibility for written test is percentage should be 65%. After qualifying in written test, one should be called for computer typing test. Once qualified in typing test, personal interview will be conducted and certificates should be verified. That's it.
