very good question my dear friend.
i m also pass out from uptu.
the marksheet you got has 66% of marks
so when they(SAIL) ask you about your percentage
you need to show your certificates only and it is 66% according to your certificate.....
    so don't worry at all
    go and apply for it
i have so many friends with the same condition as you have mentioned but there is no problem
    GOOD LUCk
if any query related this...... ask me
