In the technology driven world of today, engineering and technology have become an integral part of growth and advancement for any country.Engineering has a role to play in almost all the sectors of industry. With the dependence on IT growing all around, qualified engineers specializing in IT and related areas are required not only in the manufacturing sector but in large numbers in the service sector as well. Demand for qualified engineers is therefore there in almost all the sectors of industry.

You should have mentioned the stream for BTech. After completion of your course of 4 years you can enjoy wide job prospective. If you are 1st year passed, then you will be treated as a 12th qualified candidate. So,inorder to increase your job prospective you should complete your engineering course.

However,in general,BTech degree Holders can find jobs in-
    Public Sector Enterprises
    Indian Army
    ISRO,NPCIL,BARC
    Indian Navy

    Indian Railways
    Indian Post Offices
    Nationalized Banks
    Civil Services
    Indian Police Force
    BSF
    Detective centres
    NGO

In private sector, you can find jobs in-
Companies related to their stream of degree course
    IT companies.

Based on 12th qualification, you can get job of low salary in -
