Re: Good placement for B.Sc in Physical science students? Different between B.Sc hons and B.Sc physical science? How to get government job on behalf of this course?

    Hi Guest,

The difference between B. Sc honors and B. Sc Physical Science is as follows:

    B. Sc (Honors):

An honors degree generally requires a higher academic standard than a pass degree.

Traditionally, a three-year degree is also called a pass degree or general degree, where there is no specialization on a particular subject.

Students can take a bachelor's degree with Honors in a particular subject or a pass degree without any Honors.

The degree colleges and universities all over India provide students bachelor's degree in pass course or Honors course in Arts, Science, and Commerce named as BA, B.Sc, B.Com.

If they are taken with an Honors then are named as B.A(hons), B.Sc(hons), B.Com(hons).

    B. Sc (Physical Science) course is as follows:

B Sc (Physical Science), a three-year undergraduate course, involves the study of the key concepts and theories of chemistry, earth science, physics, mathematics, environmental science, Biology, Physical Sciences etc. Students to this course are selected on the basis of their marks in 10+2. After completing B Sc (Physical Science) course, one can pursue postgraduate level course in M.Sc in Physical science/Biophysics/Chemical Physics/Radio Physics/Astrophysics/ Biotechnology/Chemistry/Bioinformatics/Microbiology/Environmental Science etc. and thereafter, one can opt for becoming an observer or a scientist.

If you want to get into government sector, then you need to have a degree as your qualification which you have and then need to work hard for the exams going to be conducted by them.
Concentrate on Current Affairs, Aptitude, Reasoning, English and computer skills.
These are very important for the exams.

    Thank You,

    All the Best.
