    Re: Government job in teaching field after B.Sc in Maths? Is B.Ed necessary to do government job?

    Dear Aspirant;

    There are four type of teaching posts available in Govt. sector.

    1) Primary school teacher
    (For becoming a Primary school teacher a candidate has to passsed a D.ED course with a recognised board)

    2) Secondary school teacher
    (For this a candidate has to passed out B.ED two years coarse from a recognised board)

    3) Lecturer post in Govt. colleges.
    (For this you have to apply for NET exam conducted by Central Government)

    4) Professor Post in Universities.
    (For this Mphil or PHD is the minimum qualification requries)

    My advice is, as you are eligible for the above 3 posts, you had to apply for NET exam.

    NET exam forms are easily available in Postoffices / universities.

    After getting selected in NET exam you will be posted as Lecturer in Govt Degree College.

    With regards

    Hello dude!

    You can surely enter teaching in Government schools.

    As you have completed B.sc in Mathematics then you are eligible for teaching in primary and secondary schools.

    The Eligibility for Secondary Schools is Candidates must be a Graduate or Post Graduate with 55% of marks.Must have studied atleast one of the teaching subjects during Graduation.

    But if you want to be a College teacher then Post Graduate degree in the subject and B.ed are the educational qualifications required.

    HOPE THE INFORMATION HELPED YOU AND ALL THE BEST.

    Re: Government job in teaching field after B.Sc in Maths? Is B.Ed necessary to do government job?

    For doing any teachers jobs in government colleges or in schools you will need B.ed degree apart from your graduation.

    The basic question arises in my mind is that how you get direct admission in M.ed without doing B.ed.
    If you had do so then its not worry,you may go for M.ed.

    After completing your M.ed you will be eligible for applying techers posts in various government schools and in colleges.

    There are various exams conducted by the state government and by the central government for getting jobs in various government colleges or in schools.
    These are :-

    @through state level teacher eligibility test.
    @UGC
    @CBSE teacher eligibility test.

    Once you scored good marks in these exams you will be able to apply for this posts in various exams conducted by the state level or from the central level.

    If you had not done B.ed then do not worry ,you are completing your M.ed so you will be found eligible for this posts.

    Dear friend
    your question is not clear so please type your quey clearly so that we can answer it carefully. \

    As far i my mind goes you question is "Is B.ed necessay for teaching job in government school/colleges?"

    Yes, B.ed is necessary for teaching job in government schools/colleges. If you want to join teaching jobs than you should complete B.ed.
    After completing B.ed you will have to qualify in the entrance examination conducted in State/National level. and after that you will be called for interview for final selection.

    just after bsc in mathematics you will not get a job in govt school in teaching.to get a job in teaching you must have B.ED degree.without bed you are not eligible for any entrance exam conducted by govt to recruit teachers for govt schools.now a days bed has become useless so i wanna suggest you to go for Msc in mathematics and after completion of msc start teachin in any private college.you will earn more money a compared to govt job.in private job you will have to maximum 4 to 5 lecture in a day and you will get more tha 30000 pm in starting.
