Teaching:: To become a lecturer you have to first complete your master degree and then you can apply for the NET examination .This examination is conducted by UGC every year to select students for::

For Junior Research Fellowship
For Lectureship

You can apply for both after completing you master degree .You must have got at least 55% marks in your master degree .

Civil service ::You can also join civil service examination after completing your bachelor degree .If you are interested in the fields like IAS,IPS then you can apply for the exam.The examination is conducted by UPSC every year .There will be preliminary and main examination .Main examination includes written examination and Interview .
