How can i approach for an appointment in Mandira as a Translator

I am a follower of Sri Madhwacharya. He was an exponent of Dvaita Vedanta.I have studied the texts of Dvaita Vedanta to considerable extent.I am a Commerce graduate. But still I am good in Hindi and Telugu languages as Hindi and Telugu were my first languages at different levels in my school education. Presently,I am looking for a job as a Translator in your ministry to give the nectar of Dvaita Vedanta to Hindi and Telugu readers.I donot find any need for new works due to the abundance of this literature.Poornaprajna Samsodhan Mandira which is functioning under the Union Ministry of Human Resources is doing the same job of propagating Dvaita Vedanta but not in the direction that I envisage.I have been in contact with the entire staff of the Samsodhan Mandira.I want an appointment in the Mandira for such a post.If you want to help me,I can approach you with my credentials for the job.
