    You can download some of the material from the internet. Even you can download
    previous exams papers with the answers.
    Some of the books are

    1. R. S. Agarwal series on arithmetic, reasoning and basic English and follow it stringently

    Dear Aspirant,

    Bank PO means Bank Probationary Officers.If you want to get these Jobs,You have to take Written Exam,You should qualify in this exam for entrance of next round that is group discussion after group discussion ,you have to attend the Interview.

    Written Exam Preparation Procedure

    Generally Bank Written Exam consist Quantitative Aptitude,Reasoning,English Language,General Awareness,Computer Knowledge.

    Dear there is very tough competition in banking jobs exam. Thousands of candidates in India are preparing for getting this precious job.

    The exams of Bank PO is conducted by these following institutes/ banks:

    1. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection {IBPS}- Conducts Common Written Exam(CWE) For 19 Nationalized banks of India rest then State Bank of India and its 5 Associate Banks.
    2. State Bank of India {SBI}- Conducts exam for Sbi and its 5 Associate Banks.

    The preparation for bank exam same for all.To get qualified in bank exams study the topics like

    The bank exam will conduct for 3 hours first 2 hours objective section and remaining 1 hour descriptive section.

    For preparing to Bank PO exams, you have to work hard in reading and understanding the competitive books. You have to spend at least 6-7 hours per day in reading the materials. You can also visit various websites which are providing latest questions for bank exams.

    If you can study daily 3-5 hours then you can pass the bank PO exam. Most of the candidates are week in the math or English so they should give main focus on these subjects. If you need more then you can also take the coaching from any institute and complete your whole study.

    2.Go to Coaching
    3.Read Daily News paper
    4.Hard work is most Important. So do hard work
    5.Practice all Previous model Papers by putting Efforts

    Bank PO'S exam consist of following stream in which you have to prepare yourself .


    I. Reasoning

    II. Quantitative Aptitude

    III. English

    IV. Computer Language

    V. General Awareness





    In my thinking , you should take guide for Quantitative Aptitude & Verbal - Non verbal reasoning from R.S. Agarwal book. It has all the tips & tricks that how will you solve the questions.


    For English , refer writer WREN & Martin , a good English book that will guide you in right way.

    Computer knowledge , Bank exam asking questions related to MS-Office or, documentry based so, you can get all of these questions-Answers from simply search on Internet because this stream has limited area to be learn that repeats .


    General Awareness, Get up to date by reading newspapers, India Today, Competition book & some books that are related to banking history.

    In orer to prepare for bank job for any post you need to study well.Now a days competition has grown a lot for bank jobs.Many candidates apply for bank jobs even after passing 12th class or graduation.If you are graduate then you can apply got PO exam eligibility is to pass graduation with 60%(55% in case of SC/ST/OBC),age limit minimum 21 years & maximum 30 years.
    In order to improvement of your general awareness read news paper every day,it will also improve your english.For other subjects like aptitude,reasoning,& english solve different question papers.Study for at least 4-5 hours.If possible then join coaching class they will provide you lots of sample papers + study material to practice.Fees for PO coaching would be rs 8000 approx.
    You can also buy books of following author for practice

    For the bank po jobs , the minimum eligibility is degree

    the exam paper will cover thr topics as ,

    --> test of reasoning
    --> test of quantitative aptitude
    --> test of english
    --> test of computer knowledge
    --> general awareness.

    You shouldbe well prepared in these following topics
    it is better to go for coaching , as you know that , there is a lot of competition in these days for bank exams .
    Try to solve problems in short cut methods

    Written test,

    Personal interview & Certificate verification.
