No it will not be possible for you to get government jobs if you belongs either in general or in obc category.

The details for getting government jobs is as follows:-

Minimum age required is 18 years.
Maximum age required is 28 years.

Percentage of marks required:-

60% and above marks required for the general and obc candidates.
50% and above for the sc/st candidates.

you does not comes under the two categories thus you should go for higher studies and try to get good marks over there and try to secure above 70% then you will able to get good jobs with high salary.

Yes, there is much more scope for the candidates who had passed out Civil Engineering.

Because there are alot of Construction is going on now a days.

The minimum salary that a Civil Engineer candidate gets is around 15k.

Based on the experience you will be getting around 50-80k per month in India only.

In Govt. sector you may be posted as

Chief Engineer
Executive Engineer
Assistant Executive Engineer
Assistant Engineer
Junior Engineer

After successful completion you may be posted in Pvt. construction agencies as :-

Construction Supervision Specialist
Design Engineer
Structural Engineer
Resident Engineer

Dear Aspirant;

The minimum percentage requires for applying to the Govt. sector jobs is 60%, so you are not eligible for applying in Govt. sector.

But don't worry, you are still eligible for applying in Pvt. sector.

Without wasting much time apply job in Pvt. sector, you may be posted as Assistant Engineer or Junior Engineer.

Or

Just do AutoCAD coarse and enter into the Construction agency after getting 2 to 3 years of experiance you will get better job with handsome salary.
