    Dear friend
From your words, I understood that
you have subject knowledge, but don't have communication skills.
    To develop the communication skills,
you can join any of the coaching institute.

And the tips to pass Group Discussion
    are
    1)you should be a beginner
2)you should not argue with any body
3)Dont over act as you know every thing
4)present your knowledge in polite way
5)say every thing with a smile on your face
6)And don't become serious in any situation

    TIPS FOR PERSONAL INTERVIEW:
1)Dont place your hands on the interviewers table
    2) Do not shake your hands one another, because it indicates that you are feeling tense.
3)Answer to interviewers questions only if know them.
4)Dont try convince him with your answers

    ALL THE BEST

    hi
just try to build up gd and interview skills, if you had that much technical skills to show up you might definetly be showing good colors with your technical skills and none would stop you for that.
try to improve skills from careesma.com where you can find all gd and intervied developing skills which you can practice offently when you had time and its absolutely free.
but be proper and perfect when it truns to be technical because there are no chances taken when it comes to be technical.
