    How to get job in CTS company?

    sir, present iam studying mca final year. my dearm is to get a software job in cts company. so please give me your advices how to get a job in cts

    CTS company which hire the IT and technical students for the job ..

    Eligibility for the CTS company:

    1. you should be passed the B.TECH/ B.E/ MCA /M.SC with atleast 60% marks from any recognized university

    2.Your age must be below the 32 years

    3.there is no blockage between the study.

    4.your communication skill must be good.

    5.your technical skill must be good.

    Selection process :
    written Aptitude test

    Written test syllabus:
    >verbal aptitude
    >non-verbal aptitude
    > Analytical

    If you want to get a Job in CTS,You should have a minimum qualification prescribe below.

    Educational Qualifications:

    A candidate should obtained all academics with minimum 60% of Marks can eligible to apply for Cognizant

    B.Tech/B.Sc Computers/MCA/M.Tech Candidates can eligible to apply for Cognizant

    Final year students of any one of the above qualification can eligible to apply for Cognizant

    Selection Procedure for Cognizant:

    • Written Test
    • Just a Minute (Optional)
    • Group Discussion (Optional)
    • Technical Round
    • HR Round

    Eliglibility criteria of Cognizant : -

    1) The candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% in Degree/ B.tech / MCA / MBA
    2) There shoud not be morethan 2 years of Gap in the candidate's studies
    3) The candidate should not have any backlogs

    To get a job in CTS ,

    * You should have Good communication skills
    * You should be Good at your Technical course
    The Technical course may be anyone like ,
    Dot net
    PHP , etc......

    * You should have a Good command in the topics like ,
    ~ Aptitude
    ~ Reasoning
    ~ c- language

    These are the topics to clear Written exam

    * You should know well about your self details

    Selection process : -

    1) Written exam
    2) Group discussion (Optional)
    3) H.R.Interview
    4) Techncial interview

    Hello dude!

    Cognizant Technology Solutions is one of the Leading software Company.For getting an employment in that company you must send your resume tp the company's official website.

    Recruitment process:

    * Organizes a Written test.
    * Technical Interview.
    * HR Interview.

    The written test comprises around 55 to 60 questions in total which have to be attempted in one hour. The syllabus will be on the topics from Verbal and non-verbal sections. If the candidate scores more than 25 to 30 questions,there may be chances to be short listed.


    * In Technical Interview you will be questions on the subjects that you studied in your Graduation.

    * Maximum questions from C,C++,Java etc.

    * In HR Interview,questions will be on general Information such as academics,family,hobbies etc.

    Concentrate on books like R.S.AGGARWAL's Verbal and Non verbal ability.
    Also concentrate on Previous papers.
