    sir i qualified my ugc net when will the post of govt lecturar. is any govt job for mathematics lecturar

    Congrats for qualifying UGC Net exam.
    It is must qualification to have, in order to get govt lecturer job.
    Once you qualify UGC NET LS, it does not means you are entitled to become lecturer for sure.
    Rather is is qualification, required to qualify for getting short listed for Interview, which is the actual criteria to get job.
    There is no fix time, when govt opens applications for Lecturer job. Its not done every year or yearly basis.
    When there is requirement of fresh lot of lecturers, to replace retired and promoted employees, only then advertisement in leading news papers and employment news will appear for filling form.
    Usually its long procedure. Sometimes after filling forms, it will take even 1-2 years for Interview to happen.
    So I will advise you to regularly keep on checking employment news.
    Be in touch of other aspirants through social networking.

    Eligibility criteria:
    Age limitations between 18 to 34

    NET (National eligibility test) qualified conducted by UGC, CSIR.

    Masters degree certificate in the Maths subject with an average of 55% marks or equivalent is accepted.

    Relaxation of 5% marks is provided to reserved candidates.

    Pay scale shall be in the range of Rs.10,000 to Rs.16,500.

    The qualifications required for a government Math Lecturer is minimum post graduation i.e. M.A. Maths/MSc. Maths with minimum 55% marks or equivalent from any recognized university. Relaxation of 5% marks is provided to reserved candidates. The candidate will have to qualify the National Eligibility Test(NET) which is conducted by the University Grant Commission. As you have mentioned you have qualified the UGC NET exam. As regarding the availability of vacancy, it is uncertain because there are so many factors on which the notification of vacancies depend.     National eligiblity test is the best way to join any govt institute as an lecturer.NET is conducted by ugc every year.eligiblity for NET-

    1) must have master degree in any field as specified by ugc.
    2) application fee is 450 for general and 225 for obc(ncl)

    3) upper age limit is 28 years,but you will apply for lectureship so there will not be any age limit.
    4) min 55 % marks in master degree.
    5) if you were involved in research they time spent during research will be given as age relaxation to you.

    Dear Aspirant;

    For Getting a Mathematics Lecturer posts in Government colleges, you had to complete the Master degree with Mathematics from a recognised university which comes under UGC.

    After that you had to apply for NET.
    National Eligibility Test is conducted by UGC to recruits Candidates for the post of Lecturer in Government Colleges.

    NET forms are easily available at Post office / Universities.
