After B.Tech you may join the Air Force through CDS as well as AFCAT if you are able to score minimum 60% marks in graduation.

    CDS is Combined Defense Service.

The exam is conducted by UPSC. You may apply for the Air Force branch through the exam.

The age of the candidates should be 19-23years.

    For AFCAT:-

AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test.

The exam is conducted by Air Force Commission.

Through AFCAT the candidates with 60% marks in graduation can apply for 3 different branches:-

    ><Ground duty
    ><Flying
    ><Technical.

You may apply for Technical and also for the Flying branch.
