    Hi,
Generally there will be heavy computation for any government jobs.
To get job heavy hard work is needed, If you really do heard work you will get job.
Time management is most important while preparing for any exam.So prepare time table.
Join training institute then only it is easy otherwise it is very tough.
you should have full grip on your subjects.
Try to download previous year papers and model papers from internet and practice those papers .
Try to practice more and more examples related to each question then only you can solve any type of question easily
    All the best

first you have to decide where you want to go,and apply then.if you don't know please take the coaching as possible as possible....if you have any financial problems,my best suggestion is take notes of your who joined in coaching...time is very precious to us...use it proper way..don't see the failures these are all are stepping stones of success..you know what is the difference between ordinary and great people...ordinary people that means we always think whenever we face problems we can stop there..but coming to great people for example scientists will never stop even though they face the failures ..be like that.
if you are sc candidate means apply all the jobs because fee is low cost.
or if you are general means apply in what you have interest...all the best

I can understand your present condition.
But its not time to lose confidence in urself. You have to back urself, otherwise others will not be able to help you, even if they want to.
If you just keep the doors open for Govt jobs, then your path to find suitable job will remain difficult and tricky.
But what i will suggest you to open up and find job in private sector.
I dont know your discipline in B.Tech and M.Tech.
But what ever it is, being an engineer, you must have developed managerial and communication skills.
I will strongly recommend you to go for job in KPO.
KPO is very much different from BPO, but very similar in some respects.
Good thing is that they will pay you more than other companies. Its easy to get job in KPO, if you have analytic skills.

Don't be sad. This type of sitution happens when one gets failuare again and again. If you want to get a government then chose that job vacancy which you can crack the easier. Prepare only for that particular exam.
Buy good books like R.S. Agarwal, lucent, pratiyogita darpan, success mirror ect and prepare freely.
