Re: How to prepare for government jobs?

The opportunities in the banking sector are immense. The minimum eligibility for attending the bank exams in majority of the cases is a graduation degree. Since you have done your MCA you are in all ways eligible for applying for the bank exams. The candidates can apply for the post of clerks, Probationary officers, Management trainees and the specialist cadres.

The selection of the candidates will be based on the written examination which is conducted. Those who get short listed in the written examination will be called for the personal interview. Since the bank exams is an All India examination, the candidates need to prepare fully to score high in the written examination. The level of competition in case of bank exams is very high.

The candidates can attend the coaching classes related to the bank exams to attain high success. As a result of which the candidates will be getting specialized training in case of the bank exams. The candidates can refer the competition refresher book to familiarize with the various questions and the patterns of the questions which are asked in the exam. Apart from this, you can also refer books such as
    • Upkar State Bank Probationary Officers Examination
    • State Bank Probationary Officers Exam by A. M. Malhotra & P. S. Bright
    • Chapter-Wise Solutions of BANK P.O by Oswaal Books
    • Bank P. O. & Specialist Officers Exam by G. K. Publishers

Apart from this, the candidates can also practice the previous year question papers also related to the bank exams.
