How should a IT Engineer prepare for IAS exam? Should he leave his job and prepare it for 2-3 years?

    Hi,
I am final year BE(IT) student in a government college. My aim is to earn a lot of money in the future. I'm in complete dilemma. My confusion is that whether to go for higher studies or take up a job? I have no inclination for research. But i have great inclination for ias preparation. But i have heard that first you must have some job then you should prepare for ias. How should an it engg. prepare for ias? Should he leave his job and keep on preparing for 2 or 3 years or should he prepare for it along with the job?

Dear your thinking is very inspirational ,iust say so keep it up. The one best and effective way to prrepare for IAS is get a simple govt job and then you can take one year time for preparation of IAS which only govt jobs allow and then again you can join the job if you want.Wiith a private job you will get very less time so may be you will have to leave the job.Take any way but try hard to live your IAS dream coz it takes a lot of courage to follow your dream. and remember the age to apply for IAS is max 30 , so plan accordingly.
    All the very best. )

for preparation of IAS you need very hard labour and clear of concept then only you can crack the exam. For this you need much time whice is little bit problemistic for you, so if you are over sure then only leave the job......
