    Dear friend
Yes,you can apply for the government jobs after the completion of the any course from that institute.UGC(university Grant commission) is the one which gives the permission ton colleges to become a university. But AICTE is the one which gives the permission to establish the colleges. The UGC gives the permission to colleges to become the university,if it had good records.
So,there is no need to worry about the jobs.you can definitely for any of the private and government jobs.

    Hello dude!

CMJ University was established at shillong by the government of Meghalaya in july 2009 under the provision of the Cmj university act 2009.The university is one of the prominent centres of study having world class infrastructure and higher education level. The university has established by the state legislature of Meghalaya and approved by the university grants commission. The university is approved as a regular university and not a deemed and distance university. It is a private university and the courses and degree offerred by the university are applicable. As known the university is recognised by the UGC and empowered to award degrees as per UGC notification. The UGC recognition is must for the universities,so your degree is valid throughout India and for government jobs too.

So even though it is not approved by AICTE it doesn't matter as the UGC recognition is mandatory for government jobs.

HOPE THE INFORMATION HELPED YOU AND ALL THE BEST.

    Yes Friend,
The candidates are eligible to apply for the government exam is the degree is recognized by AICTE.

The UGC recongnization is needed by a university. The AICTE approval is needed by a college which offer technical educational courses.

Thus do not get worried. You are eligible to apply for any government jobs.

Dear friend ,you can apply for the government jobs ,but only that job in which AICTE approved degree not required, because in some government jobs it is clearly given that you should have B.tech from any reputeted college approved from AICTE, so if it is clearly given then you can not apply for it. so read the job eligibility criteria clearly then apply for it.
