You have not mentioned your educational qualifications. You can attend the IBPS exam for clerical position if you have completed either 10th class/12th class or graduation in any disciplines. You need to score an aggregate of 60% in 10th class to attend this exam. You should score an aggregate of 50% in either 12th class or graduation level to attend this exam. The maximum age limit for attending this exam is 30 years. There will be age relaxation for the reserved categories. If you qualify in the written test, you need to attend the personal interview also. You can apply via online for this exam. You will be tested in the areas such as Arithmetical ability, logical reasoning, GK, language skills, computer awareness etc in the IBPS exam.
Eligibility for IBPS Clerk exam:-
1.12th passed with at least 50% from a recognized board or graduate from a recognized university.
2.For reserved category 12th passed from a recognized board or graduate from a recognized university.
3.Age minimum 18 years & maximum 28 years
4.Age relaxation-SC/ST up to 5 years & OBC up to 3 years.
Exam pattern of IBP Clerk exam:-
1.There will be 5 sections namely:-REASONING,APTITUDE,ENGLISH,GENERAL AWARENESS & COMPUTER AWARENESS.
2.In every sections you will get 50 questions of 50 marks.Means total 250 questions of 250 marks.
3.Duration of exam will be 150 minutes.
4.This paper will be objective.
5.To qualify the exam a general candidate has to score 24 in each subjects & for reserved category 21 in each subjects.
6.There will be negative marking also,for every wrong answer 0.25marks will be deducted.
7.If a candidate score above mentioned minimum marks or above will declare pass.
After the exam, those candidates who will pass the exam,will get score card from IBPS.In that score card their marks of each subjects will be written.
& then those 19 banks which are included under IBPS will cal for interview.
Right now there is no news related to clerk exam of IBPS.But will provide it after 4-5 months.
