For getting jobs in almost all sectors ,only experience does not keep importance.
During interview session they check in almost all aspects.

    These aspects are:-

    Your body texture.
    Your clothing style.
    Your speaking technique.
Your knowledge related to your working field.
    Your resume.

You may get pass in all exams the problems you may face is in the communication .
I think that if you get pass in all aspects then the major problem because of which you are getting problems is communication skills.
You will have to improve your communication skills and the way of giving answers in your own way.

There are several posts for MBA graduates.
For this you will have to get registered through www.jobrapido.com

The last date to apply is 18/06/2012.
Please visit this site for registering you self and after that you will be called for interview by various companies which has taken part under this.

    Hello Sir

Thats Saurav signing in from Bhubaneswar. It feels really great to be interacting with someone having loads of working experience.Well looking at your matter, it seems like you are having a kind of little dissatisfaction with your current job. There could be many reasons behind the job dissatisfaction.I think I am not the suitable or the right candidate to be pointing out your basic mistakes. Why I am saying this is because my ethics are not at all permitting me to do so.Since you are very senior than me and most of the people who are here answering to the queries of others.According to my view ,I should not be given the privileged of judging a person of your caliber. But if it is for your betterment, then I would surely help you in rectifying out your mistakes if any.

I think your current job is a little boring for you.Since you wanted to do something new.May be despite of the fact that you are having enough experience, but that might not good enough to fetch to a new job in the market.Secondly it seems you are also little undone with the current salary so that could well be a reason where you are getting a bit anxious for a better pay and demanding something stupid to the other organization.Sometimes poor academic performance and irregularity in work process may also get subjected to rejection. If I tell you a small story, many of my friends having proper communication skills and are indeed very talented and after a post interview meeting they sometimes say that it was the best interview they have ever had.But still very shockingly they face rejection. Then Why is it so???Who is to be blamed???

To be honest, body language is also equally important apart from execution of proper communication skills.Though we may feel that we have answered many questions appropriately in an interview but then having said that hand to eye coordination and presence of mind is also being tested by many organizations.

With the little experience that I am carrying being a fresher, I don't see any major problem with you.May be a little frustration along with heavy work load would be getting the better of you.Anyways just be patient and I am sure you would definitely get you dream job with a better pay.
