As you are asking about distance learning course that is doing b.tech from distance mode through his university.

One of the most important thing in order to doing degree from any university through any mode that is through distance mode or through regular mode is that the degree must be recognised from the state government or from the central government.

Thus the degree rewarded from this university is recognized fronm the karnataka state government.

Another important thing is that if you are doing any course through distance mode then your degree must be approved from the DEC(distance education council).
All the degree rewarded to the distance learning candidates are approved from the DEC.

Another most important thing regarding it is that you are going to do b.tech thus your engineering degree must be approved from AICTE,NEW DELHI.
All the engineering degree that may be done either through distance mode or through regular mode the degree is approved from AICTE.

There will be a regular class taken seperately in the university of one month.
All the students of distance mode must be present in order to attend these classes.

75% class attendence will be necesary for sitting in the exam.

The students who will not meet this criteria will not be allowed to fill up the final year exam form and they will have to continue for the next year.

All the assignment and projects should be completed and submitted to the respective teachers during this one month time.

The xema will be taken within one month after completing of the classes.

During this session the students will have to give the practicals exams as well they have to submit training projects as well as they will have to give viva test related to the completed projects.
