well dear i think you have heard something wrong about it as Karnataka
    State Open
    University is a
    recognized
    university.It
    is recognized
    by University
    Grants
    Commission.It
    does not
    come under
    black listed
    universities.
So dear no need to worry about it as any degree from it is a valid one and the person having that degree is eligible for any job related to its field.

    Hello

No,KSOU is very much recognized by UGC,and every degree offered by the university is valid.

It has approval of UGC and at the same time recognized by DISTANT EDUCATION COUNCIL(DEC),as the name suggests it is a council which approved distant education providing university,so you do not worry all your degree is valid everywhere in this entire world that you received from KSOU.
