    Hello dude!

Both degrees offer different skills and opportunities. An M.B.A is universally recognized degree and also gives a wide career path.

But MCA is a specialized degree and offers careers are in IT.

Both are good but i think M.B.A is perfect because in recent days the demand has been increasing. But the ultimate decision is yours and don't forget what ever you choose ultimately the Hard worker will win.

So it is also better if you prefer to do job for 2 to 3 years and then go for jobs.

HOPE THE INFORMATION HELPED YOU AND ALL THE BEST.

    Hello Friend,

After your B.Sc you can pursure either M.Sc or MCA. Both are good degree. Nut I would suggest
you to pursue MBA from a premier institute.MBA is the most after course in India and abroad. It
is very rewarding both interms of professional knowledge and financial gains. It has global recognition.
You should sit for CAT or Common Admission Test as it is accepted by all B-Schools in india.

    Take Care!

Re: M.Sc or MCA after B.Sc for government jobs?

    Hello

You have heard absolutely correct, there are hardly any jobs in the private sector for the M.SC in computer science. To tell you the fact, the M.SC,B.SC,B.A etc all are non technical degree and it is really hard to make a suitable career (in the private sector) after the M.Sc,after doing it you will have only options in the government sectors, but to get a job in the private sector you need to have a technical degree.

Where as in compare to the M.SC,MCA is a technical degree and that too in the field of the computers, after completing MCA you will have many options in both the government and the private sectors. In fact it really important to have MCA,M.TEcH or else B.TECH in computer science and IT to get the job in the software companies, the M.SC(IT) is a also a good option.

The summary is that you need to have the degree in technical field for the private sectors, with a non technical degree you will be only eligible for the government sectors, but with a technical degree you will be eligible for both the sectors.

But if you are trying for a government job then as mentioned above the M.SC will do,the M.SC is enough to get a job in the government sector, but for the private sectors you need to have technical degree.
