    Hi,

If you go for higher studies you will have more demand after the post graduation and good salary package in private and government also. You decide if you want to go for studes then go for it if not go for job and after two years of experience you can go higher studies.

    Hello Friend,

To chose between Job and M-Tech is the major concern for most of the students after completing Engineering.
But in my opinion, if you try to chose any option based on your priorities or preferences, then it'll be easy for you to decide.

I would like to share some information on chosing Job or M.tech.

M-Tech-> If you are interested to pursue your career in Teaching field being a Lecturer/Professor, then you should prepare for M.Tech and appear for GATE2013
with full preparation. Moreover if you get admission in any college through GATE, you'll also be eligible for getting a stipend of Rs.8000 per month, which will
make you financially independent during your course of M.Tech.
Next thing about preparation for GATE is that now many public Sector companies like IOCL select the candidates through GATE so you'll also be eligible for these companies.

The other thing, which many people wont be knowing is that there is a college NITIE in Mumbai, which offers admission to engineers based on Gate Score and this college is among
top 10 management colleges in India and even the fee is very low.
So If you score around 99 percentile in GATE then you can get admission in this college after GD and interviews.

JOB-> Many companies like Infosys, TCS, WIPRO, CTS, HCL conducts offcampus placement, for which you can go to their sites and upload your resume. Once your resume is shortlisted, you will be called for the interview.
Start practicing Interview and Written exam papers which are avaialable on many sites. Parallely if you can join any Technical Training on Java or dotnet or oracle database then any company will give preference to you as you will be having practical knowledge.

    Re: M Tech or JOB

    Hello dude!

It is absolutely a tough decision to make but one has to become a decision.I suggest you to prefer going to job because recently M.Tech has lost its value and even though after doing two years of course, your are paid as equal to b.tech graduates.

But M.tech will be useful when you complete the course from the colleges like IIT's and NIT's,otherwise its not good to choose M.tech because if the college is not providing proper placements then the course will be of no use because of poor job openings.

Well you must think of your family background also,if your family can bear the fees of the course,so it's good to do but if your family condition is poor then it's better if you prefer going to job.

However the ultimate decision is yours, take your own time but make a best decision.

HOPE THE INFORMATION HELPED YOU AND ALL THE BEST.

    Re: M Tech or JOB

    hello friend,

After the completing the your B. tech you have two options to make your career :

    >> M.tech further study in master degree
    >> Job in private Companies or other government sectors

Both are the GOOd option to make your career bright .

After the M.tech you can make your career secure and some more job posts in which you can apply ...like:

After doing the M.tech you can apply for the ,many job posts like:

    1. Lecturer job post in government and private collages through the NET entrance exam which has been conduced by UGC departments.

2.Jobs in MNC's companies or government companies :
    BHEL
    IOCL
    ONGC
    NTPC
    MTNL
    INFOSYS
    WIPRO
    IBM
    POWER GRID
    SATYAM
    HCL
    HP etc

    3. BAnk job post etc

BuT you you get the good job post in government and private companies then you have no need to do the further study you can make your carrer bright on the based of the your B.tech degree and after the job with lots of experience in companies ...

After the experience you can get the good job easily if after the some time you want to change the job in other companies or post ...

SO based on you if you do not get the good job pos then you have need to do the further study...

    thank you!
