    Dear Aspirant,

    Yes,You can take Civil Service Exam in Telugu Mediu.

    Civil Service Examination have three stages those are as follows
    • Preliminary Exam
    • Mains Exam
    • Interview

    in the above three stages,You can the Exam in Telugu medium two stages only.

    Preliminary Exam:

    Preliminary Exam is an Objective Oriented paper.Questions paper we have in English and Hindi Medium only.

    You have to mark the answers from choose any one of the option from given options

    Mains Exam:

    Mains Exam is Descriptive Exam,You can answer the Mains Exam in Telugu Medium

    Except English paper,All Papers you can answer in Telugu Medium

    Interview:

    Yes,You can also answer the Interview questions in Telugu Medium only.

    So dear aspirant,No doubt,You can answer the Questions in Telugu Medium .

    IAS is "Indian Administrative Service ".

    The officers of the IAS play a major role in managing the bureaucracy of both the Union Government and the State governments, with its members holding strategic posts across the country.


    A civil servant is responsible for the law and order and general administration in the area under his work. Typically the functions of an IAS officer are as follows:

    To handle the daily affairs of the government, including framing and implementation of policy in consultation with the minister-in-charge of the concerned ministry.

    In the process of policy formulation and decision making, officers at various levels like joint secretary, deputy secretary make their contributions and the final shape to the policy is given or a final decision is taken with the concurrence of the minister concerned or the cabinet depending upon the gravity the issue


    ##ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

    ##Educational Qualifications :


    you should have bachelorís degree of a recognised university with at least one of the subjects namely
    Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physcs, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Enginerring or an equivalent qualification .

    In short, you should have science subjects in intermediate.

    ##Age limits :


    you should be of 21-30 years as on 1.7.2012. (Upper age limit relaxable for SCs/STs, OBCs and certain other categories are also there. )


    ##No. of permissible attempts :


    Four for general and (Seven attemps of OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs ).

    Dear fellow,
    You can write in IAS exam in any language suitable for you.
    So there is ont any limitation about to write in particular languages.
    You can write it in Telugu also If you are not good in English or Hindi.

    Yes you can take IAS in Telugu medium. However, it would be great if you improve your English skills - not just for IAS but your whole life.     Hello dude!

    The IAS(INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE) is conducted by the UGC(UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION) every year.

    The Eligibility details of the IAS exam is as follows:

    * Candidates must have completed GRADUATION with at least 60% of marks.

    * Must have 21 years of Age.

    * Maximum 30 years of age for General category students.

    * Age relaxation is provided for Reserved categories.

    * 5 years for SC/ST categories.

    * 3 years for OBC categories.

    * 10 years for PH categories.

    Thus the above mentioned are the details of the IAS EXAM.There are two exams conducted PRELIMINARY and MAIN EXAMINATION.Candidates who have passed preliminary exams are only eligible for the MAIN examination.The candidates who have passed the MAIN exam are eligible for the INTERVIEW process.

    The Preliminary exam is an objective paper and it is in two languages only i.e; English or Hindi.But the Main Examination can be written in Telugu.The Next is the Interview process and it is upto the individual to answer in what ever the language he/she knows.
