ajayk, this is for the first time that common written examination is going to be conducted by IBPS for specialist posts in banks. so, there are no previous year papers for it.
However, the pattern of questions for IT specialist post is almost same as that for bank PO exams.For IT specialist post , you have to also attempt another section i.e test of professional knowledge and you hve to qualify in it as well. You can refer to solved books for bank exams.
