at the tym of interview or non interview post...whatever it is.....those who cleard d ssc 1st nd 2nd level......they says (hq office)
dat they shuld report wid their discharge buks nd if they nt then they can't apply...

So the question is when they says dat the candidate shuld apply by producing their discharge buk..it means that person is discharged frm his present job....

I mean why they are nt sending the call-letters to selectd......
