    To take up Railway Exams, u must apply for RRB exams,Now there are nearly 16500 posts in railways for ITI ,Diploma and higher qualifications of same,are eligible for Railway loco Pilot jobs. Exam will be in 3 stages 1. Written Exam 2. Apitude test 3.Medical Test.In written exam u have 1. General English (15 questions) 2. Arithematic(15) 3.Reaspning (15) 4. General Awareness(20) and 5.Technical Subject (55) total 120 questions

    Railway Recruitment Board Exam (RRB) Entrance Exam

    -RRB Examination is conducted to recruit for the Railways as per their necessities. This is an All India Entrance Exam.
    Selection on various posts based on the Written Test and Interview.

    Structure and Pattern of RRB Entrance Exam

    The question paper will covers four vital sections namely
    - General Arithmetic,
    -Analytical and
    -Quantitative Skills,
    General Awareness and as Language General Hindi/General English.
    There will be a total of 100 to 120 objective type questions.
    Candidates have to finish the exam in duration of about 90 minutes or one and a half hours.
    Negative marking system is applicable for every wrong answer.
    The Questions are of many types and are available in various languages such as Urdu, Hindi, and English and in other Local Languages.

    Minimum age limit for appear the exam is 18 years and 30 years is the maximum age limit for the exam.

    Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) Entrance Pattern:
    The SCRA examination is conducted according to the following plan as described..
    Part I - Written examination carrying a maximum of 600 marks in the subjects as shown below.
    Part II - Personality Test carrying a maximum of 200 marks in respect of only those candidates who are declared qualified on the results of written examination.

    SCRA written examination carrying a maximum of 600 marks in the subjects as shown below:

    PART 1


    Paper-1:
    General Ability Test - 2 hours-200 marks :
    English
    General Knowledge
    Psychological Test

    Paper-II :

    Selection Procedure

    1.The selection is made strictly as per merit, on the basis of single stage written examination. In addition, candidates equal to five times the number of vacancies according to community,
    will be called for aptitude test which will be of qualifying nature. Short listed candidates will be called for verification of the original documents according to merit, availability of vacancies
    and reservation rules.
    2. There shall be negative marking in written examinations and marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer @1/3 of the allotted marks for each question.
    3. The syllabus for the written examination will be generally in conformity with the educational standards prescribed for the posts.
    The Questions will be of objective type with multiple answers and likely to include questions pertaining to General Awareness, Language General Hindi/General English , General Arithmetic, Analytical and Quantitative Skills and those subjects covered as part of minimum educational qualification for the post.
    The question paper will be in English, Hindi, Urdu and local languages and the duration of the examination will be 90 minutes with approximately 100 to 120 questions.
    4 .The Railway Recruitment Board, at its discretion may hold additional written test(s) and/or aptitude test if considered necessary for all or for a limited number of candidates as may be
    deemed fit by Railway Recruitment Board.
    5 .The date, time and venue of the written examination and aptitude test will be fixed by the RRB and will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course. Request for postponement
    of the examination/aptitude test and change of center/venue will not be entertained under any circumstance.
    6. Stages of examination are given against each post. Based on the performance of candidates in the written examination and aptitude test, the candidates equal to the number of vacancies
    will be called for document verification in the main list. In addition 30% extra candidates are also called as standby candidates and they are considered for empanelment only if there is
    shortfall in empanelment from the main list. During document verification, the candidates will have to produce their original certificates. No additional time will be given and the candidature
    of the candidates not producing their original certificates on the date of verification is liable to be forfeited.
    7.The appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her passing requisite Medical Fitness Test to be conducted by the Railway Administration, final verification of educational and
    community certificate and verification of antecedent/character of the candidate.

    Hi Friend,

    Indian Railway is the largest Mechanical Engineering organisation in India,and there will be heavy competition to take up jobs in Railway.

    There are three Grade of employees in Indian Railways
    First one is Grade A officers,the second one is Grade B and the last one is Grade C,

    RRB:Railway Recruitment Board announces the vacancy list and notifications for the jobs for every now and then,It changes depending upon the Recruitment Board.
    Grade C employees are elected by RRB Exam.

    Grade B:Grade B officers are directly promoted from the Grade C officers

    Grade A:Grade A officers are selected by various UPSC exams like IES,IRTS,Combined Engineering Service etc.

    Hii first these are the main jobs in Indian Railways.

    Section Engineer, Junior Engineering , Assistant Station Manager and D M Suprientendent

    these are mainly concerned about technical study and pay also more for these jobs
    SO RRB is the only exam you must appear for.

    You can get RRB question banks in Book shops prepare for a one or 2 months serious study enough. You can easily Crack the exam
