there is no specific question paper for HR . this year onwards, IBPS will be conducting common exam for specialists where a section of the paper is going to test the professional skill of a person based on his specialisation.

You are interested to know about the detailed information regarding Bank Clerk exam. I will discuss them in brief:
The exam conducted for this purpose is IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) which recruits aspirants for the different post of vacancies all over 29 Nationalized Banks all over India.
The exam for the recruitment in the post of CLERICAL CADRE has two parts:

i)CWE(Common Written Test) conducts the entrance written exam, followed by
ii)Personal Interview;

*Educational Qualification:-
The minimum eligible criteria is that the candidate must complete his/her 12th standard from recognized institution/Board with atleast 55% marks throughout in General Category. However, the SC/ ST/ OBC/ PC candidates receives a relaxation from obtaining 50% marks depending upon the policies of the board.

*Age Qualification:-
The candidate within age limit of 18-30 years can apply.However, the SC/ ST/ OBC/ PC candidates receives a relaxation from 3-5 years depending upon the policies of the board.
