    Scope of BPO job as a Associate trainee in Pay roll process being a MBA in HR and B.Sc in Computer science?

    i have mba in hr, bsc in computer science. i got an offer from a bpo as a associate trainee(non voice) in payroll process. i am starting my career.. payroll process is completely a hr job? i confused cause it from bpo sector. please give me a good advice. is this job will help me for bright future cause its my first job.

    Its is always better to work than sit idle.
    So you should work in that process till the time you get a better opportunity.
    Learn the work and understand all the aspects of that process.

    Also you can keep on applying to other jobs outside that company.

    Also note that BPO is not a bad place to work.

    Its just our notion that BPO is bad.In BPO you work on outsourced process of foreign companies and same thing happens with software industries also where 70-80% work is outsourced work.
