Ways to join as Lecturer in government college after clearing CSIR UGC NET? Expected salary?

hi... i done my masters in biotechnology and i cleared csir-ugc-net exam as ugc-jrf-net.. i thought to join as a lecturer in government college.. but i heared that if , we cleared net exam means first we can join as a guest lecturer ..but not as a lecturer or proffessor .. which is of pay scale around 15000.. so .. pls kindly tell me what the true ...and tell me what is the way to enter into government colleges or in any university campus ...? what is the pay scale for that ...? and is their any exam again we have to clear even after cearing csir-ugc-net exam to enter into government colleges.. .?thank u ...

This is depend on college to college.

Some college provide really good salary even to fresh lecturer whereas some college could give you less than what you expect them from.

you may get the permanent lecturer job in college or you may be appoint as guest lecturer in college.

you may get less starting salary but after one/two years of experience you can expect really high salary in the profession .

and after certain numbers of years you can achieve what ever you have think of in term of salary or other benefits .
