    What is the age limit for general category in central government jobs?

    please tell me What is the age limit for B.tech., general category candidates in various central govt. jobs. Please answer in most optimistic way.

    hello . .

    the maximum age limit for central government job for general candidate is 30 years.

    if you are experienced people or highly educated people then age will not matter for you to join in central government job.

    also you will be get as a good rank jobs in central government job.

    you can apply for the given below position's

    Director.

    Adviser.

    Board member.

    chair person.

    etc.

    The age limit for government jobs is different for different posts. it means the age limits depends on the positions availabe and the
    type of organisation. and also on the category to which the candidates belongs to. generally for most government job the candidates
    age should be between 21-30 years. and their will be relaxation for reserved category category candidates as per government rule.
    their is not any age relaxation for general category candidates but the candidates belonging to PH category is given 10 years relaxation
    on upper age limit.

    The age limit for different government jobs is different. for example-
    Bank p.o- 21-30 years
    clerk- 18-28 years
    upsc-21-35 years
    air force-16-18
    and so on.

    so before applying for any post the candidates should go through the advertisement for details.

    The age limits are differ according to the cast.The age limits for different categories are
    1.For general categories the age limit is 18-30 years.
    2.For OBC categories 18-33 years.
    3.For sc/st category candidates 18-35 years.
    Sometimes the age limit varies according to the post.Before applying particular job read the eligibility criteria clearly. Some jobs limit the age maximum as upto 28 years only.

    Hi,

    For general category, the age limit is usually 30 years. But if the post called for requires experience and is a very high post like director, manager, senior manager, chairman, board of director, then age does not matter. They will consider experience and age limit may go upto 45 to 50 years also. All the Best.

    **For General Category 21 to 30years.
    **for BC category 21 to 33years.
    **For Sc/st Category 21 to 35years.

    **For Central Government jobs you have to write Union Public Service Commission exams.
    **It is conducted by ever year.
    **For attending this exam,Graduation is necessary.

    There are different criteria for different post and depending upon the organisation for which post the recruit



    General age limit criteria is

    1.For graduate student age limit.

    21-30 year and relaxation OBC 3year, ST/SC 5 year



    2.For under graduate studebt age limit

    18-28 year relaxation OBC 3 year, SC/ST 5 year.

    The age limit will be vary from job to job.generally the minimum age must be 18 years.for most of the jobs you must need graduation. In that case you must have minimum 21 years of age and maximum would be 30 years. There will relaxation for reserved candidates.For all bank exams the age limit will be 21 to 30 years. If The post is in staff selction commission the minimum age must be 18 years.If the post is related to upsc then the minimum age must be 21 years and maximum age must be 30 years.For postal job you need 17 years.

    We have numerous Jobs in Government sector.If you want to apply for these Jobs you should have minimum age is those age limits are vary from one job to another Job.

    We can't say fixed age limits for all Jobs.

    You should check the notification before apply any job.That is very essential for every candidate.

    Present Age limits for some Jobs as follows

    If you want to apply for All India Civil Service Exam,You should have minimum age is 21 years and not maximum 30 years as on 01/08/Exam conducting year for General Category candidates

    For I.B.P.S conducted Bank Jobs for Probationary Officers minimum age is 20 years and maximum age is 30 years.

    I.B.P.S conducted clerical cadre Jobs is minimum age is 18 years and not maximum 28 years

    Police Constable Jobs minimum age is 19 years and not maximum 25 years.

    Minimum Education Qualification for Central Govt. Jobs

    To apply for a central government job , here the major thing is age limit..
    To apply for any central job , the age of the candidate shouldnot be overthan 30 years .
    There willbe a relaxation of 3 to 5 years for sc, st , bc people..
    Most of the jobs will consider the above said pattern ..


    If you have completed degree , then you can go for ias , ips .
    For banking sector also you are very eligible ..

    The Maximum Age limits for the candidates belonging to General category candidates is 30 years for all most all the government jobs.But it may vary for few jobs.The Age limits for some jobs is mentioned below:

    IBPS BANK EXAMS: The age limit is 30 years for General category candidates.
    GATE EXAM: The age limit is 30 years for General category candidates.
    UPSC CIVILS EXAM: The age limit is 30 years for General category candidates.
    POLICE SUB-INSPECTOR JOBS: The maximum age limit is 25 years.
    Public sector Companies: The maximum Age limit is 30 years for General category candidates.

    For other categories the age limits are mentioned as below:

    * Age relaxation is provided for the reserved categories.

    * 5 years for the SC/ST categories.

    * 3 years for OBC categories.
