There is no number of attempts limitation in MPSC exam.There is only limit in age.The age details for UPSC services is
1.For general category 21 to 30 years.
2.For OBC category 21 to 33 years.
3.For SC/ST people 21 to 35 years.
4.For handicapped people 21 to 40 years.
So,until age requirement you can give the exams. The minimum required marks are 50% aggregate.Those who are eligible they can apply for this.The official website is www.upsc.gov.in

Dear friend, the age limit for appearing UPSC and MPSC exam is 21 to 30 .For reserved category there is age relaxation ranging from2 to 5 years for maximum age limit.Maximum number of attempts allowed for UPSC exams is 4 for general category and there is no limit for reserved category . There is no limit for attempting the MPSC and UPSC exams.
But there is age limit.
Age limits:
General: 20-30 years
OBC: Reaxation upto 3years i.e., 20-33 years
SC/ST : Relaxation upto 5 years, i.e., 20-35 years
Handicapped: Relaxation upto 10years, i.e., 20-40 years

But this Guidelines are only for candidates eligible for required AGE LIMITS
- According to UPSC and MPSC guidlines every candidate appearing for the Examination is Permitted 4 attempts at examination.

The eligibility details of the MPSC Exams is as follows:
- Candidates must have completed graduation from any recognized university.

- Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories.

NO. OF ATTEMPTS:
The Number of attempts vary for different categories.They are:
- General Category-4 times.
- SC/ST Category-Infinte that is they can write the exam as many times as they want.
