There is currently the position of Graduate trainees vacant in ONGC. This position requires the candidates to have completed their BE/B.Tech. Branch could be anything like Civil, Chemical, Electrical and electronics, mechanical or computer science.

The candidates should have done their graduation from any recognized university or college. The candidates should have secured at least 60% marks in he qualifying examination. The final year graduates who are awaiting the results can apply provided they produce all the documents required at the time of Interview. There is reservation for candidates who are of the reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/, persons with disability etc.

The selection procedure is based on a written examination. The written examination will be having both objective type and subjective type questions. The test includes a General awareness and subjects related to their specialization. The candidates who get short listed in the above exam will be called in for the Psychometric test and interview based on the merit and grade decided by the management.

The candidates should apply online. The written test is scheduled towards the month of September. The total number of posts will vary. The selected candidates will be appointed only after completing the Medical examination Procedures.
