~DETAILS ABOUT IBPS EXAM~
- IBPS is Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
- This institute is approved by IBA(Indian Banking Association) for conducting Common Written Exam(CWE) for various 19 Public Sector Banks, without SBI and its Associates.
- There are total two types of exams, 1. Clerk and 2. PO/MT.
- The exams are conducted twice in every year.
- A Score Card will be issued to those candidates who will score more then the minimum cut off marks in each sections.
- The validity of Score card is of 1 year.
- A score card holder becomes eligible for Direct interview for any of these nineteen banks.
~Cut-off Marks for IBPS CWE~
- There is no official un close for the minimum cut off marks for passing in each section of Written exam.
- But the cut of will not more then 35% in each section for reserved ones and 40% for unreserved ones.
- One more thing, only scoring the cut- off marks will not help you to make eligible for interview.
- If you gain 50% in each section and more then 60% in aggregate, then in my point of view, you will be safe.

1) In IBPS Exam Penalty for every wrong answer in Objective tests.For each Question for which a wrong ans has been given by the candidate 0.25 or one fourth of the marks assigned to question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at correct score.
2) Standerdized Scores: The corrected score obtained by each of the candidates will further be converted into Standedized scores.

It will be decided based on the average;
For Open category candidates
Average: – ¼ Standard Deviation
